Sunny Corporation warrants that Probus hardware product ("the Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser ("the Warranty Period"). If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd. will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws, will authorize and exercise one or all of the below options: (a) provide remote or repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; or (b) refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty only applies to the purchases completed through our website, www.probus.io or where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with or where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd.
While the Limited Warranty cover provides a hardware warranty coverage for a duration of one (1) year, it does not include the following:
To provide remedies under the Warranty Clause, Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd. must receive consumer's claim before the end of the Warranty Period. Consumer must follow the instructions issued to them by the support team from Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd and return the defective Product together with proof of purchase to the address specified by the team. Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd. shall bear the cost of shipping the Product from the address mentioned by the consumer to its offices or warehouses. By sending the Product, Consumer agrees to transfer ownership to Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd. Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd. may not return the original Product to Consumer. Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd. warrants that any repaired or replaced Product is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. Any product returned to Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd. without a valid warranty claim may be rejected at Sunny Corporation Private Limited's sole discretion
We at Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd. have worked tirelessly and earnestly to create a product you will love and have an amazing experience while using it. However, it may happen that the Product you receive from us may not be able to meet all your expectations for a variety of reasons. If it comes to that, the original purchaser of the product may return all products purchased, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 10 days of the date of delivery to Sunny Corporation Pvt. Ltd. subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy and we will try and resolve the issue , exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price after due diligence as mentioned in this policy. Please note that this policy applies only to direct purchases made from Probus website.
Once you have initiated and submitted your product return request, our support team will contact you within two business days with your Returns Authorization Number. Please quote the Returns Authorization Number in all your future correspondence with the support team. Prepare The original package you received from us and attach a return label mentioning the Returns Authorization Number. We will arrange a free Pick up at the time of your choosing, as per your instructions.

If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid, we'll issue the refund through a demand draft.
When we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, our support team will send you an e-mail asking you to provide the address where you want the demand draft to be sent, and proceed with the refund.
While we will ensure timely refunds, adhering to our refunds policy, it may happen that the refunds get delayed due to unforeseen reasons. You can check the status of your refund in Your Account on the order's summary page.
